Workshop for Injection Molds
On an area of 1300 m² in the company Gama Plast BG Ltd. there is a tool shop for the production of injection molds (matrices). It has all the necessary machine equipment – lathes, milling machines, CNC milling machines, grinding machines, electric discharge machine and machine centers, necessary for the production of tooling equipment according to the most modern methods and standards. CNC machine centers with strokes up to x=2000, y=1000 and z=1000 mm, make it possible to produce injection molds of any type and size.

Plastic products workshop
The plastic products workshop produces a wide range of items, most of which the company owns the patent for their production: agricultural crates, bread crates, bottle crates, live animal crates and many others (buckets, disposable boxes, racks, tool cases, promotional items, etc.). The starting material is high-quality polypropylene, polyethylene, PS and ABS.
The company has injection molding machines with a range of 50 to 1600 tons of clamping force, up to 16 kg of product weight. The injection molding machines are manufactured by leading European companies such as: KraussMaffei, Negri Bossi, Maicopresse and Realpress. They are equipped with robotic systems and IML technology - printing for packaging.
The products are tested in laboratory conditions and are accompanied by the necessary certificates of quality and suitability for contact with food, where necessary. The company's warehouse covers an area of 720m² and has a constant supply of raw materials, ready to accept even the most urgent customer requests.
