Gama Plast BG Ltd.

Gama Plast BG Ltd. is a company for the production of plastic products and injection molds for them. The company was founded in 1992 with the main activity – production of plastic products. In 1998, the company opened its own design department and invested in the construction of a workshop for the production of molds for plastic products. To date, the company Gama Plast BG OOD is able to meet the high requirements of its customers, with its fully renovated high-tech production lines and motivated, expert staff at all levels of production.

2013 was an extremely successful year for Gama Plast BG OOD, in which the company completed a stage of its modernization with state-of-the-art robotic production lines. The new equipment once again increased the potential production capacity of the enterprise, reducing manual labor to a minimum, which allowed for the optimal and rational use of the company's highly qualified team.

The workshop for the production of plastic products is equipped with European injection molding machines. It produces elements and finished products in the range of 50 grams to 16 kilograms. The modern equipment of metalworking machines, including CNC milling machines, machining centers and electrical discharge machines, as well as three new robotic machines purchased in 2020, ensures the large technological capacity of the company.

Gama Plast BG Ltd. has a modernized staff recreation area, a canteen, a sports hall and highly qualified staff. The number of staff is 70 workers and specialists, with many years of experience in the production of injection molds, guaranteeing excellent quality and optimal terms of execution of our clients' orders.

•Engineering staff•

The company’s engineering staff, including designers, technologists and constructors, as well as the use of modern software, allows us to turn the ideas of each of our clients into a real project and final product. The high-quality steels used for the various plastics, supplied by leading companies such as: Bogner Edelstahl-Austria and Finkl & Sons – USA, as well as heat-treated in specialized factories, through the use of technologies such as: carbonization, ionization, high-frequency heat treatment, vacuum furnaces and others, guarantee the long life and trouble-free operation of our injection molds.

CNC machining centers with strokes up to x=2000, y=1000 and z=1000 mm, make it possible to manufacture injection molds of any type and size. Following the operating mode of our matrices, in the factories of our customers abroad and our close relations with the company MECANICA Est. in Lebanon, we constantly improve the quality of the injection molds we produce. Our clients are well-known companies working for Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola in the Middle East, companies from the USA, Italy, Greece, Romania, Morocco, Syria, Sudan, Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, Albania.
