The company Gama Plast BG OOD is about to complete the final stage of ERP software implementation and comparative analysis in terms of increasing the efficiency of deliveries and the quality of customer and supplier service.

The last stage that remains to be completed is the more effective management of delivery processes – working with a mobile device and ERP software.

For this purpose, it is necessary that all deliveries we receive are labeled upon receipt with our label.

When generating an order to a supplier, our system will automatically generate the necessary labels for the order.

Labels for suppliers in Bulgaria will be sent in a file by e-mail (or will be sent printed with the order itself – by the driver himself or by courier).

Labels for suppliers outside Bulgaria will be sent only in a file by e-mail.

For packages up to 5 boxes inclusive per loading point: A label must be attached to each package, without a label acceptance will not be possible!

For packages over 5 boxes per loading point: Only one label with the total quantity per loading point must be affixed to each loading point (it is not necessary to have our label on each box), acceptance will not be possible without a label!

For grouped goods at a loading point, you must additionally notify us so that we can send you a label for the required quantity per pallet of each detail.

The quantity in the package must be standardized. If a change in the quantity in the package is necessary, you must additionally notify us. Incomplete packages must not be sent without notifying us so that a label with a quantity different from the standard for acceptance can be created.
